The 1.5 litre variant was abandoned in favour of the 2 litre from now on. Some cars were even sold to other racing teams or private entrants.
The power of this model, which was structurally the same as previous models, rose to 220hp. Fuel injection was adopted as were heads with 3 valves per cylinder.
